After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your enrolment key and access instructions.

Go to lms.norale.co.uk, log in or create a new LMS account, open your course, and enter the enrolment key when prompted.

Yes. You can log in from different devices, but access is personal and must not be shared.

Access duration is shown on the course page and at checkout.

Yes — where a course includes a certificate, it becomes available after you complete all required modules and assessments.

Certificates confirm course completion only and are not professional licences or formal accreditation unless stated otherwise.

Yes, you may use the knowledge and templates provided in your own professional work.

However, course content and resources must not be shared, resold, redistributed, or used to create competing training or products.
